Airpark West

Real estate investment firm Bentall Kennedy adds two speculative industrial buildings to Airpark West. With close proximity to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the tilt-wall industrial buildings are in a prime location for future tenants.

Located across the street, the sister buildings are dubbed Building Two and Building Four and are 144,334 SF and 101,348 SF respectively. Building Four requires a retaining wall built for the building pad to be complete.

An existing storm drainage pond for the park is used for storm site runoff.
